Spiritual Direction

The practice of Spiritual Direction facilitates the discovery - or rediscovery - of your spiritual life.

Whether you have long walked a spiritual path, are just beginning, or wish to begin again, we are here to accompany you.

Talking about spiritual concepts and experiences in language that makes sense to you promotes healing and growth! Through one-on-one confidential conversations, a spiritual director will accompany you by:

– Offering you undivided presence and hospitality.
– Accepting and respecting you exactly as you are.
– Receiving your stories openly.
– Helping you connect with, or express, your beliefs and spirituality.
– Assisting you in integrating difficult experiences.
– Encouraging you to engage in spiritual practices that nourish you.

Your spiritual journey is not a problem to be solved, but a discovery of the transcendent in your everyday life. Spiritual questions will be lifelong and offer opportunities to open up to yourself, others, and the sacred, so that you may more deeply understand yourself in the world. Spiritual direction helps you to tend to your soul, to give priority to your inner wellbeing and relationship with God/Spirit/Source. It is a place to discover, notice and respond to the transforming work of grace!
